Health Kick with Cameo

Servings: 2 Prep Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

4 Cameo apples, cored and chopped

½ cucumber, chopped

30g watercress

Juice 1 orange

Method

In a food processor, large bowl or smoothie maker , combine the apples, cucumber and orange juice and  blend until smooth. Add the watercress and process again.

Fill two glasses with ice and pour in the smoothie.
