2 Cameo apples, diced
75g red onion, diced
1 large green pepper, finely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (optional)
60ml. lime juice
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Cover with cling film and refrigerate ½ hour or until ready to serve.
Tip: for a snack, serve with tortilla chips or use as a topping to accent a meal of grilled chicken, fish or pork.
