Cameo Smoothie

Half a medium banana

One Cameo apple

100ml orange juice

Juice of one lemon

100ml diluted (1 to ten water) elderflower cordial

100ml diluted (1 to ten water) ginger cordial

100ml diluted (1 to 7 water) raspberry cordial

2x scoops plain vanilla ice-cream (reference: Walls) = 80kcals.


Use a peeled, diced Cameo apple, with the juice of one lemon, and puree with half a banana to make the smoothie base. To your Cameo smoothie base, add in 100ml cordial of your choice; raspberry ginger, lemon  and blend.  Then blend your Cameo smoothie with a cupful of ice cubes, and 150ml apple juice, 100ml of fresh orange juice. Take two scoops of plain vanilla ice-cream and top with your Cameo smoothie base.
